Summary: We stayed 4 nights and we were incredibly surprised at how nice the Hotel was. The location was perfect for walking or getting to the train for the Stampede. Very pleased!

Summary: Good value hotel with lovely suites equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Starbucks coffee available in the lobby 24/7 and good selection of groceries if you want to cook a snack. Despite being very busy for Stampede the hotel was able to accommodate our need to stay an extra night after our plane was cancelled. Only small criticism was that room not always serviced/partially serviced.

Summary: Hotel was alright. Decent location downtown. Not really any food on site other than buy microwave stuff in lobby. Lots of tours to Banff operate from this location. Suite eas clean and simple.

Summary: The stay was great except that they had issue with the elevators. I was able to walk the 8 flights but many others couldn’t manage.

Summary: The hotel was fine but one of the elevators was down during the entire stay so it made for long waits. The hotel is dated. It was clean and the rooms are big, and the location was great.

Summary: It hs been renovated inside so it was comfortable and clean. Some minor maintenance issues in the room such broken bifold mirror track so it was hard to close the closet and the bathtub faucet was leaking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the area.
